ZLAIR 3.0

It’s been quite a while since my last post, but don’t worry, these new two ideas should keep you entertained.

Part #1: ZLAIR

I don’t have a lot of updates on this project, but what I do have is a rough sketch. I plan to digitize these plans as soon as I can get the iPad working. But otherwise, below is a drawing of a prototype. We should not implement all of this, but we should still worry about propulsion.

Part #2: Innovation Challenge

Recently, I had received a challenge to help global warming and help defeat it. As a car geek, I looked at transportation to improve. Gasoline and diesel cars still rule the roads today, electric vehicles aren’t enough for an oil-powered carbon-dioxide wheezer. I decided to tackle emissions and to capture these. However, a question remains, how will the storage box/device hold the pressure from the engines? It’s simple, keep the air flowing. What I’ve done is quite perfect, and here’s the process:

1. The air goes from the exhaust manifolds into a huge cylinder, which filters the air to let the oxygen exit the cars.

2. Once enough carbon-dioxide has filled the filters, sensors warn computers of full CO2 filters.

3. At gas stations or at home, customers connect pipes to CO2 filters, which then is pushed deep underground to help drill oil out.

What this really does is that it puts emissions through a life cycle, without emitting it into the atmosphere. The end goal isn’t to continue with petrol cars but to build a soother transition into electricity. Delaying global warming will give time for electric transportation to advance. Electric is the way forward, but it needs time, and this adds to that time.

The Last Warning

This channel of blogs were created to discuss ideas and options about ZLAIR, but there are bigger problems arising as we speak. This Earth is not immortal, and I hope we all can agree to that. There is an extent till which our Earth can suffer. When that limit is crossed, this Earth will collapse, taking us down with it. There are two types of readers who may be reading this blog, and I shall discuss both sides of the story. Then I shall introduce you to another character in this blog.

The first type of people are protagonists. They dedicate each drop of their sweat towards the better of the world, putting their heart into fixing problems we create. One example of this herd is Greta Thunberg, an environmentalist activist as she protests against global warming and paralyzes every obstacle in her way. Greta Thunberg made it to the Climate Action Summit 2019, by protesting, breaking her walls, holding conferences and speeches all around her country of Sweden to share this message: “You steal our dreams, but you still say we are the lucky ones.” She is tormented by the fact that Donald Trump, the president of the United States, was not interested in her speech, but rather attended a very small and minor speech about religious freedom. This act shows the lack of attention and care not only for Greta Thunberg, but for our world as well. We will not be able to live for long on this Earth until we do something about this.

Watch Greta as she breaks this barrier of expressing her anger towards her elder generation…

The other side of this story who don’t really care because it doesn’t matter or apply to them. For example, Donald Trump is 75 years old. He doesn’t know how much longer he’s going to live, but he may infer it’s not too long. Keeping this in mind, he may want to live whatever is left of his life the best way possible, and that best way isn’t the best way for all of us. Not only Donald Trump, but a lot of other old members of the parliament or government won’t really look at anything but their age. On the other hand, if someone younger is in control of the government, then they will realize that they need to change all of this in order to live a better life. Currently, due to the fact that Trump is serving his years in the office means we have no power to do anything. He just doesn’t choose to listen to all of us, no matter how hard we try or how many protests we have.

We don’t have a lot of time left until we cross that 1.5 degree mark

In conclusion, I hope we can act fast about this. We can’t make actions right now, but we can wait till a new, younger hero arrives, saving us from mass extinction. Thunberg claims that we have only 8.5 years to live like this until the Earth gets to 1.5 degrees global temperature, and we will all die, unable to support ourselves, to do anything. We have all the solutions right here, for all these problems. The only barrier is, nobody is ready to listen, the only thing that’s left to listen to is the money entering their bank accounts, they all want money. They don’t want peace. They don’t want to care about global warming. they don’t want to listen to people like Greta Thunberg. They don’t want to act like Prime Minister Modi does. They don’t want to start organizations for the better. They don’t want to clean up this mess they’ve made. All they want, is money. The Earth has saved us from a lot of dangers and barriers, now it’s our turn to save the Earth Back.

The passion and the drive behind ZLAIR, now revealed…

Zlair was always a dream to me, a dream that wanted to enter the real world(I’ve mentioned this before) yet I haven’t mentioned the ideas I was thinking about when I cooked up ZLAIR. I shall discuss a bit about the passion behind ZLAIR, and the basic root of this natural crisis with the best working bit of my brain. The reason,  the overall crisis that led me to ZLAIR, global warming. I was in fifth grade when I was researching global warming, addressing it as a big problem. I decided to work up on it, I decided to make a very eco-friendly vehicle, simply because of my interest in cars.

That’s what been leading my drive today, after it’s gotten worse, and since we can’t claim that global warming has been caused by cars, we can say a lot of it has been caused by our locomotives we use in general. What our locomotives emit are a lot of gases to the Ozone layer. The Ozone Layer, which serves a purpose of filtering the strongest of the UV rays, get damaged every time the gases come in contact with the layer. This leads to extra heat being unfiltered, heating up our Earth.

Aspect #2: Fuel

“No energy can be created or destroyed.” This was said by German physicist and chemist Julius Robert Mayer. This hints towards the topic of this blog, what will ZLAIR be running on. As I said in my earlier blog, ZLAIR is no ordinary vehicle, it is wheel-less. If it will need energy, the energy will be used for 1)Rotating the spheres of the gyroscopes(which keeps the car levitating), 2)the horizontal propulsion of the car(SURPRISE! A new thing I never told you about!) and lastly 3)the small electrical components of the car. There are multiple options, and I’m pretty sure we cannot have all of this energy raw, it would require space to store such energy. Instead, we can have the power to the gyroscopes be amplified by a hydraulics system, so we can save energy, but the question is what type of energy. If we use gasoline, there are way too many mechanical parts to fit in the car, so that gets eliminated. Electricity is probably what I am going to use for ZLAIR, so I can amplify it and make it a push for the gyroscopes. If space and weight comply, then I can make the horizontal propulsion energy amplified as well. I was thinking about solar, but I thought about all those rainy days, and let’s keep solar to the charging of these vehicles, because these vehicles will need a lot of power to run. Please comment down below if I should use electricity or something else for this project. Should I still use gyroscopes? How many should I use for perfect levitation(HINT for the next blog)? Please comment on those questions as well.

DIVING DEEP INTO ZLAIR

Featured

Now that I’ve shared the basics about Zlair(the last blog), let’s dive deeper into it. Zlair is an automobile with no wheels, which in theory, defies the definition of a car(thus the word “automobile”). Corporate companies like Volkswagen and Renault are trying to make this possible the new, less-efficient way. I call it inefficient simply because they are putting in more input than the desired outcome is. In simpler words, they will have to add magnets to roads all around the world so they can get a small car to work. I, on the other hand, am going on a trip down memory lane. All the way back in the 2nd century, physicist and astronomer Hipparchus discovered the idea of precession, precession of the equinoxes. What he meant by this is that when you have a wheel spinning at high speeds, it creates torque, which later repels from the earth’s gravity. This idea was later carried on to make a prototype of the Gyro-X, a two-wheeled car which used a gyroscope in the front to make the car stabilized. The idea didn’t work and the creator Alex Tremulis went bankrupt. I would like to use his creation and tweak it a little, and despite the loss of the Gyro-X, I feel like I can try my hands on it. This is my final idea of making Zlair wheel-less, after trying electromagnetic roads to propulsion on all sides. Is the idea viable? Should I take it forward? Are there any faults? Please honestly comment below if I should move on with the idea.

Mission: ZLAIR

Featured

Zlair is all but an idea, waiting to emerge from the pool of darkness, preparing to enter this world called “reality”. It[Zlair] was an idea from a 11-year old, who was still learning what matter and the water cycle is. He believed in achieving everything and anything if he tried hard enough. Now if anything is possible, and you have an idea, why am sharing this? My purpose is to revolutionize the automotive industry, but I can’t do it alone, I’m just not that smart yet, and I still need to keep up with school. This journey I am going to begin will show me the way to success(hopefully) and I will need your guidance to accomplish this mission. This will be the first step I am taking for success.
